Why Choose Our Lean Course?
Most traditional providers charge over €5,000 for a Green Belt. Why? Because you aren’t just paying for the knowledge; you are paying for the trainer’s flights, hotel stays, and rented seminar rooms. In Lean terms, that is “Muda” (Waste). Pair that with your own travel costs and a Green Belt certificate often costs you more than €10,000 inclusive.
We’ve applied the same Lean principles we teach to our own business model to provide a superior, streamlined experience.
The Optimized Difference
1. Practicing What We Preach
Our 2-week Green Belt intensive is a high-rigor deep dive into the DMAIC methodology. We don't skip the complex statistics; we simply deliver them through a leaner business model. By removing the geographic waste and travel expenses, we pass the savings directly to you.
2. Practitioner-Led, Result-Focused
You don't need a theoretical lecture from an academic; you need a toolkit from a practitioner. Our training is led by a Black Belt who actively delivers cost-cutting and product improvement projects in the field.
3. Professional Independence
Whether you are an Entrepreneur looking to scale or an aspiring Director building a department, our approach ensures your Operational Excellence program is sustainable. You own the methodology; you aren't renting it from a software company. We teach you to leverage free, professional-grade tools that perform the exact same statistical and functions as their high-cost counterparts. You gain the skills to drive ROI in any organization, at any time, without ever asking for a software budget.
