Meet Adam Maurer, Founder & Lead Trainer
Adam’s expertise in high performance was forged over 20 years ago in the demanding world of luxury hospitality and professional sports. He began his corporate journey at Starwood Hotels, where he was certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and completed the elite Associate Development Program, mastering every facet of organizational management.
His reputation for precision led to high-stakes recruitment roles, starting with the opening of the Ivy Hotel San Diego. Joining during the construction phase, Adam established the brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures from scratch before transitioning to lead Front Office operations. He was subsequently recruited by the same management group to replicate this success at the Bardessono Hotel, where his dual role as Director of Operations and IT Director was pivotal in securing LEED Platinum certification, the highest global standard for operational sustainability.
This background in 'building from the ground up' transitioned naturally into the high-tech sector. Adam obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and co-created the Process Excellence Program at Zalando SE, then later served as COO of Connecting Software, where he bridged the gap between rapid software innovation and global compliance, securing and maintaining ISO 27001 and 9001 certifications.
Today, Adam leads Continuous Quality Management, sharing his Operations Management background and C-suite experience to prove that Lean Six Sigma isn't just for factories; it's the key to scaling modern, happy, and highly productive teams.
